Enable the Narrative Score Feature

You must have valid artificial intelligence login credentials entered into the EPM Security Administrator (EPM SA) tool to enable and utilize the Narrative Score feature.

If you encounter issues in your AI connection setup, contact your System Administrator.

To enable the Narrative Score feature:

1. Log into the EPM Security Administrator tool and navigate to System > AI Account Settings.
2. Select your AI service provider and populate the appropriate fields.

3. Once the connection is successful, click the Save button to ensure that the information is saved.
